Return Policy Overview
We understand that intimate wellness products require special care and attention to hygiene.
Unopened Products
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be considered for a return request. The request period, authorization process, return address and any shipping costs are still being finalized and will be published before orders are accepted.
Opened Products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products are generally not eligible for returns due solely to a change of mind.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, applicable consumer protection rights remain in effect. The process for reporting an issue will be provided before checkout is enabled.
Refunds
Refund timing and the method of refund will be confirmed in the final policy before orders open.
